Test details

The workspace of the compaction test detail page contains a geographical map and a list of penetrations included in the test.

The penetrations are also marked on the geographical map. By default, the maximum compaction value of the penetration is displayed below the marker next to the sequence number of this penetration in the test. And when browsing the compaction map, the compaction value at the selected depth is displayed.

Compaction test details

Use the buttons above the geographical map to manage the test displaying:

  • Show adjacent tests — display on the map the field boundaries linked to adjacent tests, as well as markers of penetrations from those tests with soil compaction values.
    note

Adjacent tests are the previous and next tests in terms of conduction time in the current tests list (considering merged tests), regardless of the selected time period.

  • Compaction map — enable the rendering of the compaction map for all the fields whose boundaries are displayed on the geographical map and show the map legend (see the description for the field compaction map). If the «Show adjacent tests» button is active, depth adjustment will be applied to all displayed fields simultaneously.
  • Compaction diagram — open the «Compaction diagram» window, which displays a diagram of the average soil compaction value for all test penetrations versus depth (see the description for the test penetrations list).
  •  — show or hide the penetration numbers and compaction values beneath the markers.

Test penetrations list

Each penetration in the list has the date and time of its execution indicated.

  • Click «Previous test» and «Next test» below the penetrations list to switch to the details of adjacent tests from the list.
  • Click    in the penetration's row to open the «Compaction diagram» window, which displays a diagram of soil compaction values for that penetration versus depth. Use the checkboxes to show or hide the diagrams for any penetrations of the test, as well as the diagram of the average soil compaction value for all test penetrations versus depth.

tip

The «Compaction diagram» window can also be opened by clicking on any penetration marker on the geographical map.

tip

If the sequence numbers of penetrations are not displayed on the geographical map, hover the mouse cursor over the penetration's row in the list to find this penetration on the map — its marker will be enlarged. And vice versa: hover the mouse cursor over a marker to highlight the corresponding penetration's row in the list.
