Archive

The archive is used to store temporarily unused fields and tests that can be later restored or moved to the recycle bin (deleted). The storage period is unlimited. The archive workspace has two tabs:

• Fields — contains a table of archived fields with information about each field: name, area, date and time of archiving.
• Compaction tests — contains a table of archived tests. This table includes tests that are linked to a field which has been archived.

Archived fields table

Switch to the desired tab above the table and fill the «Search» text box to find fields or tests based on the contents of all columns.

Restore a field or test:

1. Switch to the desired tab above the table.
2. Hover the mouse cursor over the object's row.
3. Click    in the «Actions» column.
4. Confirm the restoration in the pop-up window.

Restore several fields or tests at once:

1. Switch to the desired tab above the table.
2. Select multiple fields or tests in the table.
3. Click    above the table on the right.
4. Confirm the restoration in the pop-up window.

tip

In order to select multiple fields or tests left-click their names in cells with the Ctrl key pressed.

Delete a field or test:

1. Switch to the desired tab above the table.
2. Hover the mouse cursor over the object's row.
3. Click    in the «Actions» column.
4. Confirm the deletion in the pop-up window.

Delete several fields or tests at once:

1. Switch to the desired tab above the table.
2. Select multiple fields or tests in the table.
3. Click    above the table on the right.
4. Confirm the deletion in the pop-up window.
