Replacing boundary version

This page describes the procedure for replacing the current version of a field boundary.

  1. In the «Replace boundary: step 1» window, select the boundary file type and click «Select file».
  2. In the pop-up window, select the boundary file for the replacement.
  3. Click «Next» in the «Replace boundary: step 1» window.

  4. In the «Replace boundary: step 2» window:
    1. In the left table, select the boundary from the file that will replace the current boundary version for the field.
    2. In the right table, select the field whose boundary version will be updated.
      tip

      Search for boundaries and fields by their names by filling the «Search» text box above the appropriate table.

    3. Click    to link the selected boundary and field. If the boundary and field names match, click    to link them automatically. The row of the successfully linked boundary is marked with   .

      The start date of the validity period for the boundary cannot be changed when replacing its version. In order to change this date, use the «History of field boundary» menu.

  1. Make sure that the selected boundary and field are linked, and then click «Upload» button in the «Replace boundary: step 2» window.

tip

If the file selected in the "Replace boundary: step 1" window contains multiple boundaries, they can be used all at once to replace the current boundary versions for different fields in the "Replace boundary: step 2" window.
Before clicking «Upload», make sure that all required boundaries and fields are linked. If a boundary is not linked to a field, it will not be used for the replacement.
